We work to ship orders within 1-3 business days of you placing the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has been scheduled for shipment. This will contain your tracking number. Once we generate a tracking number it can take a few hours to hit the carrier system. Don't worry if your tracking number doesn't work the second you get the email. Once the driver scans it in your link will work.
All orders are securely packaged in tamper-evident packaging. We've designed our process to ensure the safe delivery of ammunition to you. Occasionally a package will get damaged. Don't worry if that happens. Just let us know. We ship everything insured. Many orders are subject to signature confirmation. This allows us to properly insure packages. We get it - it can be a bit inconvenient. But porch pirates are a real issue in our industry.
We ship hundreds of packages a day. We've gathered very reliable statistics on the best practices and the best carriers. We are currently shipping via FedEx. FedEx can be SUPER irritating with their tracking numbers and incorrect delivery schedule during periods of very high volume. The still perform the best overall and actually pay insurance claims when they screw something up.
Items Missing / Damaged
We carefully pack each order and double check for accuracy. Unfortunately, our fulfillment team still occasionally messes up. Sometimes carriers damage packages and things fall out. Don't stress at all. Just send us an email and we will jump right on correcting the issue. Any photos that you send will help in figuring out what went wrong and filing insurance claims against the carrier.
My Order Didn't Arrive on Schedule
Frankly - FedEx sucks at this sometimes. About 6% of their deliveries don't match the tracking ETA. Let us know and we can flag the tracking number and watch it to ensure delivery.
Shipping To States With Restrictions
As many of you know - some states require that you send us copies of various documents in order to ship ammo to you. No worries. Place your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Just attach your documents to a reply! We will match them to the order.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell we do not accept returns unless we send you the incorrect product. We are not responsible for manufacture defects or warranty issues. Recalls, ammunition defects, and warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We are happy to provide contact information to contact manufacturers regarding product issues.
